About Us

MatrixPlus is the technology brand of Bytematrix (Shenzhen) Technology Co., Ltd.

We were founded on September 27, 2021, in Shenzhen, with our headquarters in the Xixiang sub-district of Bao’an District. We work the way engineers do — and we run four business lines around the internet and digitalization: cybersecurity, software engineering & operations, e-commerce, and professional training — connected through technology, supply chain, and education into a “build, sell, teach” loop.

We believe good engineering applies to any business. Our security team builds data platforms and anti-fraud systems for the commerce team; the commerce team’s supply chain and traffic experience grounds our training curriculum; and the methodology distilled from training cycles back into security and commerce. The business lines feed each other, instead of running in parallel.

In cybersecurity and enterprise IT, we follow an open-core strategy — mxsec-platform (CWPP, running on 3000+ production hosts), mxid (EIAM), mxcmdb (CMDB), and ticketdesk (ticketing & alert orchestration) form a complete open-source backbone across assets, security, identity, and operations — all under AGPL-3.0. In e-commerce, we work directly with source factories in Dongguan, Shenzhen, and Shaoxing across apparel, 3C, and food. In training, every piece of curriculum comes straight from our front-line teams.
